Sharm-el-Sheikh

An operator called upon ACS to arrange a winter and summer season operation between Sharm-el-Sheikh and Dublin, after having been contracted by two major tour operators. The operation commenced in December 2009 and finished at the end of October 2010 – consisting of approximately 48 rotations in total. ACS provided the aircraft for the operation, sourcing the Airbus A320 – a narrow-body airliner.

Following the success of the partnership, the same operator was again contracted, this time to operate a weekly series in the summer season of 2010. ACS sourced a further Airbus A320 to complete the 26 rotations between Sharm-el-Sheikh and Edinburgh.
