The 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup will be only the tenth of its kind. This time around, the tournament that uses cricket’s One Day International format will be co-hosted by India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The fourteen national sides will compete over a total of forty-one matches, ending with the final that is due to be held at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Great attendance is expected throughout the tournament, which commences on 19 February and ends on 2 April when the world champions will be announced.
